Today, I have a powerful message that the Holy Spirit has been whispering to me. The topic is the authority of the Earth – specifically, the bounds of its authority.

Here is what God is saying to me:

Think of a leaf on a tree. The left side and the right side of that leaf are different. The way nutrients flow on each side is not the same. Even look at your two hands – the lines, the texture, the softness – they are different. Yet both the leaf and your hands come from one source.

What is God saying through this?
The Earth is good in its design, but it operates on principles. God is trying to lead His people to understand that we are not meant to have an eternal presence here on Earth.

God has been revealing to me a secret: the foundation of why we ask for peace, joy, a greater life, a sweet life – all these beautiful things on Earth – when God Himself did not authorize His people to possess all those things in a physical manner.

When Jesus was on Earth, He understood the principles of the Earth and the authorities of the age. That’s why the devil came to tempt Him and said, “I will give you all the kingdoms of the Earth.” The devil could offer that because the Earth operates on certain principles – principles that were in place before mankind was born, before woman was created. When God formed the Earth, there was already a formula in place. Something had already been formed.

God does not want His people to be corrupted. That is why the Holy Spirit is focusing on teaching us to live a life of eternity. The sweetness, the beauty – we see those in eternal life. But our mindset is often trapped in trying to open books, read unnecessary things, and chase after what is not allotted to us as people of God.

The Earth, in its current state, is bent toward wickedness. God created it in a way that, in the end, it leads to corruption. But He doesn’t want you – His people – to be polluted. He doesn’t want you to practice witchcraft, kill one another, or do evil things. The Holy Spirit will teach you a good manner of living on Earth. But notice: God never promised you mansions. He never promised you gold. He never promised the fantasies of the Earth. He promised eternal life.

So why do we dig deep for the fortunes of the Earth? Why do we focus so much on what we will never take with us? Yes, there are authorities that help people survive. Yes, there are principles that help us live decently on Earth. But does anyone want to live a good life? They want to live well, and yet they come with complaints, saying: “God, if You want me to live like this, You have to provide this and that.” We give God conditions in a place where He has no authority – a place with a wicked authority, a place with wicked principles.

But God is telling us: Stand firm. Stand strong by His Word. He sent His Son Jesus Christ to die for our sins because we cannot attain righteousness on our own – because of the metal, the makeup, the very nature of how this Earth is formed.

So today, I want you to turn your way toward God. Understand the basic principles, the basic fundamentals of God. He will live forever and ever.

Amen.
